Our professional missions

This business unit pursues several objectives:

  • Helping the clients to enhance commercial productivity through CRM tool.
  • Supporting our clients in performance optimisation through BI tool.

We help business by achieving the core model of designed processes (pipeline…), by creating functional solutions, and by providing a support of quality.
At the same time, we imagine the design and write the specifications in order to deploy CRM applications.

We help support functions to structure their expectations by conducting framework missions. Indeed, we define the core-model process; to define targets, specifications and to implement the application itself.

For a service-oriented group, main European actor
We deployed a BI tool (OBIEE) as well as BI applications (project finance, HR).
For English group specialised in financial services
We implemented CRM and BI tools to unify information systems and group processes.

We developed Oracle CRM (Oracle On Demand + FUSION on-going) in order to improve sales efficiency.
For a British pharmaceutical laboratory, one of the world leaders
Following a merger between two international groups, we had the mission to integrate the BI / CRM tool (Oracle Technology) for sales forces and to conduct an analysis on 22 countries.
Disapi had recovered the project in crisis period and achieved the initial objectives.
For a German pharmaceutical laboratory, one of the world leaders
Our mission was to deploy BI / CRM Oracle tools for medical representatives (sales forces) in order to enable them to have a better coverage of their territory and to measure their performance.
For a major automotive manufacturer
Our mission was to deploy BI / Oracle CRM applications to improve the performance of monitoring activities at the European level.
