  • Real time performance monitoring through key performance indications of BI technology
  • Improve productivity and performances of sales teams.
  • Support for mobility tool deployment intended to sales force
  • Deployment of cloud solutions enabling access to sales forces wherever they are located
  • Change management
  • Commercial results follow-up, reliability of sales forecasts, pipeline analysis (by offer, localisation…) and budget control.
  • Deployment of sales reporting, implementation of predictive analysis solutions (BI).
  • Together with marketing, build a multichannel strategy whilst insuring the company’s presence in events, on social networks.
  • Expertise in relation to BI innovation – Big data: data extraction (including those originated from social networks)
  • Change management to ensure practices change
