Our aim is to enhance support functions’ efficiency in order to bring a competitive advantage to our clients.
We assist managers in their transformation projects by operating on  organisation, processes and IT.
We mainly collaborate with financial departments as well as local Human Resources and Procurement departments.

we implemented a unique accounting information system for a company present in 15 European countries.

We realised a new accounting information system based on SAP technology. Moreover, we coordinated its deployment within 15 countries

We knew how to optimise company’s transversal functions.

We optimised back-office (especially finance and HR processes) and deployed Shared Services Center near-shore.

Regarding a merger process with their major competitor, we led the change management for an accounting SAP module.

We transferred the accounting information system of a subsidiary to the major one.

We implemented an SAP group accounting information system for the Ukrainian subsidiary.
